Marsha reported that 88 quilts were sent to the Sisters

volunteered for sales and transported the quilts there and back.

made for volunteers to work on the raffle sales for this event.
Quilt County brochures were made available and an invitation
/ request made by the museum to have volunteers docents at the museum during
quilt county.
Marsha advised of a cancer research project which is looking
for participants.
Pot Holders will be at the Benton County Fair for sale and
then to the museum for Quilt County.
Somewhere between 150-175 potholders have been made.
Jean displayed and described new books for the guild

will need to change this when the new site is completed due to change of

contact her.
Packets of raffle tickets are available for individual
